The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Spearheaded by Joselee P. Montero, Project Development Officer II in coordination with LGU, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur through Nancy Galela Elizalde, Community Affairs Officer/CDIO and PESO Manager will conduct a series of Training on Abaca Weaving on March 7-11, 2016 at Barangay Carromata and Castollo on March 14-18, 2016. Each schedule expects the capability of 100 training participants. The objective of the activity is to enhance the capability and skills of the SLP beneficiaries who will engage in handicraft-making businesses.
